I'm a certified French to English translator and qualified interpreter. I've spent six years living in French-speaking communities in Quebec, Ontario and France and have MA and BA degrees in French studies. I've also spent seven years teaching French and English at universities in Canada and France. My personal background, education and professional experience gave me the bicultural and linguistic expertise needed for eligibility to sit and pass the rigorous certification exam leading to the Certified Translator qualification for translators in Canada. I've been putting that expertise to work helping local, national and international clients connect with English and French speakers for over 15 years.

Qualifications
*Certified for French to English translation by the Corporation of Translators, Terminologists and Interpreters of New Brunswick (CTINB), an affiliate of the Canadian Translators, Terminologists and Interpreters Council (CTTIC)
*Certificate in simultaneous interpreting from New York University
*BA and MA degrees in French Studies from Memorial University
